Crystal is an accomplished Indigenous entrepreneur with over twelve years of experience as the CEO of Sundance Enterprises, specializing in Indigenous business consulting and industrial quality consulting. Hailing from Treaty Six territory in Alberta, she is proud of her Cree heritage, with her late mother from Driftpile First Nation and her late father from Cold Lake First Nations. As a dedicated mother of four, Crystal combines her personal and professional passions, advocating for fellow entrepreneurs and sharing her extensive business knowledge. Kelly Romaniuk is the Vice President of Sundance Enterprises and a steadfast ally for Indigenous communities, bringing over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas sector. His extensive expertise supports the company's mission while fostering strong relationships within the Indigenous business landscape.
